The Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Public Policy Research launched the “Ras Al Khaimah Intrenships Program,” by launching a Internships platform, through which it aims to create practical training opportunities for many segments of society, including school and university students, recent graduates, and employees.
The event is hosted by the Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Policy Research in Ras Al Khaimah. It commenced on Friday and will continue through Saturday, 16 September.This two-day Festival is a testament to Ras Al Khaimah’s unwavering commitment to nurturing local talent and invigorating the job market.
The Department of Human Resources, in cooperation with Al Qasimi Foundation and RAKEZ represented in the Emiratization and Talents Department and, organized an introductory workshop for private companies on the decisions, legislations, and initiatives related to MOHRE and the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis), which was attended by representatives of the private sector in Ras Al Khaimah. The workshop was organized as part of a series of workshops and initiatives constantly launched by the DHR to raise the awareness of private sector companies of the additional benefits they will gain by supporting Emiratization in the private sector as well as providing an additional platform for Emirati job seekers in this sector.
The Al Qasimi Foundation hosted a Nafis Information Session at Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah in collaboration with Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development, Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization, Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council, and Human Resources Department of Ras Al Khaimah. Nafis is a visionary federal initiative empowering local talent to work in private sector companies.

The Ras Al Khaimah Jobs and Internships Festival is organized by the Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Policy Research in collaboration with the Department of Human Resources, Ras Al Khaimah.
Building on the success of last year’s festival, this year’s event will brought together over 50 employers and attracted more than 1,000 Emirati job seekers.
