Responsibilities

As a Reservations Specialist, you will:

– Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and warmth.

– Manage Bookings: Coordinate reservations for travel, accommodations, events, and dining while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

– Resolve Issues: Address and troubleshoot booking conflicts or changes with a problem-solving mindset.

– Collaborate with Partners: Build relationships with vendors and service providers to secure premium options for our clients.

– Maintain Records: Keep detailed and organized documentation of bookings, cancellations, and client preferences.

– Enhance Experiences: Suggest upgrades and additional services to make every client’s experience exceptional.

·        Qualification

·        Experience: 3+ years in reservations, hospitality, or customer service roles.

·        Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

·        Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with booking software and CRM systems is a plus.

·        Detail-Oriented: A knack for accuracy and organization in a fast-paced environment.

·        Customer-Focused: Passionate about creating memorable experiences for clients.
