Job Description

The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders. The receptionist’s primary responsibility is to create a positive and welcoming experience, reflecting the professionalism and values of the company. By managing the front desk with efficiency and courtesy, they play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Their excellent communication skills and organizational abilities will contribute to maintaining a professional image and fostering positive relationships with both internal and external parties.

Front Desk Management
-Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
-Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
-Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.

Visitor Assistance
-Provide information to visitors about the company, products, and services.
-Notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals and guide them to the designated areas.

Communication Handling
-Effectively communicate with internal staff and external parties.
-Sort and distribute incoming calls, mail, packages, and deliveries.

Administrative Support
-Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Problem Resolution
-Address and resolve inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
-Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or personnel.

Education:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent level in English and Arabic
– 3-to-7-year experience in similar position (Front desk / Client servicing)

Experience:
– Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Friendly and approachable demeanor.
– Professional appearance and conduct.
– Punctual and reliable.
– Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in challenging situations.
