Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Analysis and Process Enhancement

  • Conduct comprehensive research, data collection, and cleansing to enable informed decision-making
  • Perform financial analysis, hypothesis testing, and contribute to solutions development for project implementation
  • Leverage data analysis tools to model complex business scenarios and predict future operational outcomes
  • Support process modelling initiatives aimed at streamlining and enhancing operational workflows
  • Assist in evaluating projects to ensure alignment with company standards, adherence to budgets, and meeting deadlines
  • Conduct thorough risk analysis, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage risks across project portfolios
  • Contribute to root cause analysis efforts aimed at addressing underlying operational issues

Operational Excellence and Project Support

  • Contribute to drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes
  • Develop change management frameworks and implement operational excellence standards across the organization
  • Align PMO strategies with overarching business goals and organizational strategies
  • Provide hands-on guidance and direction for operational improvement initiatives
  • Prioritize safety and ethical practices in project execution and adherence to industry regulations and standards
  • Perform rigorous project audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards and best practices in project execution
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation detailing all facets of project management
  • Drive improvements based on benchmarking with internal and external best practices
  • Establish standardized ways of working to support efficiency improvements
  • Oversee project development and ensure stakeholders efficiently execute their tasks
  • Act as a key contact for interfacing with internal/external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
  • Support cross-functional project teams, providing expertise in operational excellence and stakeholder management
  • Co-pilot team members in project work, assisting in understanding project requirements and methodologies
  • Document and present findings from analysis comprehensively for stakeholders and project teams

Educational qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or any related field.

Professional qualifications:

  • Certification in Data Analytics or Advanced Statistical Analysis would be beneficial
  • Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) certification would be beneficial
